Bassett provided the bioclimatic design of the office component of this low energy facility in the Northern Beach suburbs of Sydney. The office areas have been designed to achieve low energy operation with high levels of comfort for this healthcare supplier's staff.

Bassett Applied Research was responsible for undertaking the thermal comfort modelling and energy modelling to demonstrate the office component of the building would be capable of achieving 5 Stars in accordance with the ABGR scheme.
