This facility incorporates RACV Club facilities, commercial office space of nine levels, retail operations, accommodation and below ground car park over two levels within a 20 storey city building.

Replacing the old club facility, this larger city based Club Facility comprise of four levels of accommodation, dining, bar and lounge areas, fitness centre with gymnasium, pool, spa, squash courts and conference facilities which include meetings rooms as well as fully functional conference centre with roof top function seating of up to 500 people.
