Client Needs
Redevelopment at the East Melbourne site for Victorias major cancer institute. New buildings at approximately 30,000sqm include six radiotherapy bunkers, research and outpatient care plus subsequent additional research facilities, animal houses. Refurbishment of a further 20,000sqm of existing buildings for inpatient wards, support services and operating theatres. Infrastructure upgrades over the past 15 years. A human gene transfer facility was constructed including clean room suites and PC3 containment facilities.
