- Stage 3 - Major extension to the South Block to provide inpatient facilities and rationalisation of other clinical services
- Site Infrastructure - Detailed risk assessment and masterplanning for total renewal of 60 year old site services implementation of $30M initial renewal projects
- Royal Women's Hospital (RWH) Enabling Works - Relocation of various departments and construction of new buildings to clear the site for the new RWH

Bassett Solution
- Stage 3 Redevelopment with inpatient units to a high fitout standard, local air handling units to reduce cross-infection and improve energy consumption.
- Bassett played a major role in the $70M Site Infrastructure Services Redevelopment addressed ageing and overloaded infrastructure systems. A risk analysis approach was used to determine the potential sources of infrastructure system failures and the potential effects on delivery of patient services. The resulting analysis has become a benchmark approach for risk analysis in healthcare facilities.
- Isolation Suites - A totally new approach by Bassett using CFD techniques to determine new methods of air distribution to minimise risks to both patients and staff.
